Description

I was trying to imagine a weapon that might be used in a universe similar to Frank Herberts, where energy shielding completly stops ballistic projectiles. This is what I came up with. It's a mix between an axe, a halberd, and a rifle. The halberd part will come in later, as the handle can extend down to make the overall length of the...thing... seven feet long. Any idea what I should call it? Edit: The "gradius" thing sounds a bit corny in my ear.

Very interesting concept and well modeled... a bit too organic looking and wouldn't hurt to throw in some hard edges here and there.
