Description

Sirya showing off how easy it is to forget that liquid always finds its own level... darn it! (Too lazy to render it again!) If anyone knows how to create a great material for Coke then I'd love to hear it - it's either not transparent enough and looks solid, or you can see right through it and it looks too 'watery' (btw, this is done in C4D v6) thanks!

I like it even though you aren't satisfied with the texture of the cola material. :-) It's reminiscent of the 50's Coke ads. Very nice!!

The bottle is not accurate (especially the bottom) and doesn't appear to have a thickness like the plastic PET bottles they use. I know this because I used to render tons of Coca-Cola products for Coca-Cola here in Atlanta. For the purposes of rendering and photography, go opaque but shiny on the liquid. When a food stylist for photography sets up a Coke shoot they usually use motor oil in the bottles. ;-)
