The hair is the ReiHair by Kozaburo, web site: http://DigitalBabes2.com/ ,the Real Eyes by Bushi (who we'll miss until his return to us) and the texture map is Happyworld Land's p4_woman_08f3.jpg. I used Photoshop LE for the post work.
