Dusk is setting in, headed to full night. The Moon highlights a old trail that cut's through the Desert Mountains. A little spooky, but peaceful and serene. A nice easy transport during the day, but cautious by night This trail has been used by animals and man for a few thousand years. The tales of this trail are many. Going someplace and coming back from. The trail has seen blood, death, birth and escape. Did the Spanish explorers use it? Is there a cave where artifacts can be found? Were wagons trains ambushed by the Indians, how many Stage coaches were stopped here? Transversed by man and creatures alike. Each one left a print of some sort. All the signs from use over the years are there, you just have to know how to read them. Just a trail in the Desert Mountains, pretty by day and eerie by night.
