Description
Jetstream is the youngest member of Rainbow Squad. He's the brother of Rose Chaffer, with the mandatory super speed ability. Besides being able to run "faster than a speeding bullet", he can also fly at super sonic speeds. I kind of think he looks a little like Harry Potter myself.
