OK, OK, cette vue panoramique est tr intessante, mais on aimerait que tu descendes un peu dans tous ces canyons pour nous donner une id de ce que voit le gars qui s'y prome... En tout cas, ficitations pour ton imagination et ton opiniret

Hm - oil & water don't mix, but this is a nice take. Personally, I take a clove of crushed garlic, salt, pepper, EV olive oil, white wine vinegar & voila! Great use of layering here!

Fun source of inspiration. It might have been fun to try to reproduce the colors of the original mix. Interesting challenge!!! Great work.
