Description

The third portrait is of a monk on the island of Patmos. Since probably the same people will follow this series, I'd like to thank you for your response and comments to the previous portraits.

Even before I read the sidebar I could see that this man had pixie in his soul. A love for life and laughter. Wonderful work!

Jon...you're the man...you give 2 dimensional images the very breath of life it's like gazing at a 4th dimension we really know exists but don't see...this painting along with all the others speaks to my soul like the light on a spring sunshine day...Than

True kindness, the kind that permeates reality and/or art, is hard to find. You have expressed the life and benevolence of a soul we could all do with meeting. Great imagry and feeling.

It's nice to see some one who understands wrinkles (both clothing and skin) If this is based on a photo, it's pretty darn good. If it's CG from memory, it's great. One of the best pieces in the galleries
