great scene, only bad comment I have is that the lack of shadows make the background characters look a bit flat.

Very good scene but i got to agree with moocowe about the lights & shadows. If you rework those it will be a great scene. I just wrote a some comment on another picture about lightning but i can't remember which one... Anyway, great composition.

Dennis, I very much enjoy the scene in your composition. It is marvelously dark and scary. The buildings are well chosen. Their rocky textures definitely appear to give this images' thematic vision some depth and firmness. Xax is either good or bad. He dresses gentlemanly in his nice attire, but I'm urged on by the site of the townspeople who apparently are set to harm him...a reaction to something he has done, no doubt. Good work Dennis. I am definitely deep in thought with this one... : )

Way cool Gothic, midieval scene, Dennis. I like the action in this pic - the townsfolk rousing at night searching for the menacing count Xax - reminiscent of the early Frankenstein flix. Cool moon, too - excellence par excellence!
