Description

This colonial relic is on a seaside estate on the West Indian island of Montserrat. It dates back to the days when the French,Dutch, Portugese, Spanish and English battled each other for these islands in the sun, where cotton, rum, limes, tobaco and various vegetable dyes were available. It is a testiment to its builders that it exists in this condition today. The walls are about 18" thick. Thanks for looking, it is appreciated. Taken with my trusty Nikon Slr. Stay healthy, deevee, Joe.

Still some powder in there? I hope not. Good to read that there were no Germans involved in all that. But i guess we had other placed to cause trouble at that time. Excellent shot again Joe.

Thanks for your comments. The magazine is no more that about 6 feet high. I had to bend to enter it, as a matter of fact it is not a very large structure, dimentions would be about 10X12X6.
