Description

Well, this one does'nt really fit to the series, but this is, because when I started the series "fall" I wanted it to go into a different direction. Again, a more "abstract" shot. Fujifilm FinePix S7000. F 3.1, 1/3s, ISO 200. UV filter, freehand. fall #1 fall #2 Kindly regards from Austria, Ikarius.

This is probably a very stately and very OLD tree. I really like the way you have captured the texture detail of the bark. To me, this photo is much more effective showing the base and some of the branches of the tree than it likely would be if you showed the entire tree. Sometimes it is the tree and not the forest that's more intriguing.
