I love your composition on this. The only thing that tweaks at me here is that the light and shadow seem a little "flat" , almost like it needs less ambience in general or some level, contrast tweaking in post. That could just be personal preference though. As far as creating the scene and conveying the feel, this is brilliant stuff.
