I love everything here except the floor.. it's totally out of place for such a realistic image as this is. Get some floor tile and lay it in there, will ya? ;)

Fantastic job on the towels and your proportions are flawless. But consider using slightly more complex materials on some things. Can't put my finger on it though. That and the lighting on the floor and sink are very burned out. Consider relighting the main directional and rerendering. Good luck!
