Looks like an old guy I worked for once. But it's a river otter, not a sea otter, yes?

This is a 'Amblonyx cinereus' or Oriental small-clawed otter. It seems they inhabit coastal regions with fresh water as well as salty water. So I guess they take advantage of both worlds :)
