Description

This is an enhanced version of my entry in the Cararra optical illusion contest. I like it much better rendered in Vue and with the addition of all the fun elements. For those of you who don't quite know what you are looking at, notice that the stairs around the outside are all going up and never back down (or vice versa) and then look at the columns and how they shift from layer to layer, it's completely impossible! The illusion is completely built in the construction of the elements - NO POSTWORK. Mini-challenge: All of the figures used here are freebies from around the web. How many of them can you identify? This also goes to show that there is an ample supply of characters available to spice up a scene for those who don't own Poser. I have over 80 in my collection (some more usable than others). Of course, Poser is far more fun and flexible. Vue 4 on a Mac; no postwork (really); All non-character elements and all textures by me; Fishing bobber is a freebie available HERE or in the Vue free stuff; All characters are freebies from around the web. Some sources are www.3dm-mc.com, www.klicker.de, Mike Beals.

Shows your mastery in 3D placement to obtain such an optical illusion with no PW.. Mind boggling excellent work!

Ouch, that made my brain have a meltdown (lol), the structure is superbly done and the figures add realism to an impossibility - an excellent scene all the way! (v)
