You are extremely close to hyperealism, yet that is the reason people start searching for that which lacks. Three things spring to mind, and all three are linked to the eyes. Only postwork can help two of them: first of all eyes are always wet, and where the eyeball meets the lower eyelid, there will alwys be a wet ridge, and thus a highlight. Secondly, the upper eyelid and lashes will always cast a shadow on the eyeball. The third thing is Poserwork: this staring is a bit unnatural. Please see this as constructive, and even more as my opinion as the overall result is outstanding!

In addition to the above comments, I would recommend a little healing brush type post work to get rid of the frankenstein-like neck seam. Also, now that you have the technical aspects of a good render down, it's time to work on a more natural portrait post, and some experimentation with face morph dials to get an expression and a face/head shaping that is a new personality, rather than just default Victoria.

Thank's for your comments. I will put more effort on the post work and facial expressions.
