This is increadible work. Actually, I've always dreamed of seeing Batman and Spawn working together. Can you imagine the conversations those two cheery personalities would have sharing a rooftop together?? Brrrrr... Anyway, keep it up.

my only suggestions would be to add some ambient lighting on Batman from the city lights below. Also I'd tweak the color of the sky so it doesn't blend with the caped crusader : )
