The Rap is about a person who has accepted Christ during "The Last Days" (The Tribulation as described in Revelation) and the stuggles he is going through.

Yes indeed the feelings of the last days are caught very well in this image. I especially love the skull in the centre of the eye! The words are very poignant, how long must humanity wait I wonder.. VERY thought provoking and great work my friend..
