Description

Sweet Vivian: a rose with a creamy pink blend of type Floribunda. Hybridized in 1961 by Raffel. This image is for my Aunt Vivian, who is as sweet and delightful as any rose.... but a rose by any other name would not do her justice... :)

Image and frame created in UF3. Slight sharpening and sig in PSP7. Thank you, you guys, for your incredibly kind comments on my previous images... and, as always, many thanks for taking the time to stop by and have a peek at this one! Magnificent work from the delicacy of the petals and leaves to the light coating of sparkling dew that clings the the flower. The way it overhangs the frame is perfect, a wonderful image all around! I'm sure Aunt Vivian will love this, excellent image!*

This has to be the most elegant fractal rose and leaves I have ever seen, Helen. The coloring and texturing are incredibly lush and vibrantly alive right down to the dew highlights on the leaves. Truly an exquisite floral masterpiece! VOTE
