Apophysis 2.02 Thank you for stopping to take a look and thank you to those that have commented on my previous works. They are greatly appreciated. A bit on info on the only crested dragon I came across. Nothing overly interesting about King of the Snakes but I also added info on a French dragon that tickled me. King of the Snakes Region: Sweden Time Period: Unknown References in Literature: Hamar Chronicle Notes: Serpentine dragon with a crested head Huge Version 1: Hamar Chronicle tells of someone who kills one snake and then all the rest until the King of the Snakes appears and attacks the informant or the informant flees. Version 2: If a person kills 2 snakes, the King of the Snakes will appear. Then, if that person runs, the King kills him. ____________________ Wivre / Guivre Region: France Time Period: Unknown References in Literature: none Notes: Related to the Wyvern Wingless Would only really attack if the target had clothes on. Moral of the story - if you wanted to live, get naked and it will run away.

What a beautiful dragon with marvelously vibrant colors and graceful crested form. Great resolution and nice crisp composition; really neat to view. Love the fact you did some research and shared it with us. So let me get this straight; the legend would have it if I sit here naked it won't attack me? It will run away? LOL@Rik... This caught my eye right away for several reasons. The colors are so vivid and because in the thumb I saw the dragon right away and I love dragons. And as Rik said, very crisp render makes it even more wonderful to view. Excellent & vote!
