I currently work in a number of medium, mainly computer arts the past five years but I am originally a colored pencil artist, (Lifetime Member CPSA), and have been published a number of times both digitally and in hard copy book form as a contributor artist.
I have a kind of large web site that has been around since 1999. Check it out!

The vegetation looks more real in this one. Definitely moving in the right direction!

It is interesting to see the progress in your work.

Yeah, you`re definitely making progress here. What convinces me most here is the grass vegetation. As for the trees I would experiment with brightness and (de)saturation.

Thanks for your comments eonite, I agree with you and have done just that but I have come to relize that I have to make certain that all the lighting and stuff for the trees are just right before using them and that way they will still be bright enough to clean up around them but yet toned down enough so that they aren't too difficult to correct in the render I intend to utilize them in. Plus I have also taken into consideration that I need to talor the trees for each particular scene before hand rather than simply generating tree samples randomly. It is a great learning experience so far so I am pretty sure I will only get better and better at it as I go.
