You've got a good pose going here and the props are placed well! You need a good background and something in the foreground to tie it together. And please learn shadowing--not just lighting in Poser but creating darker shadows beneath items and characters to anchor them to the scene. Take a stroll through my fav artists and check out their galleries...you'll see some prime examples of postwork, especially prog, kathymoon, and digi-b!

Nice pose and expression, I agree with blueLotus7 here. Mabey you could bring her closer so more detail of the model is showing. Try rendering at 300 pixels and using the z dials to bring her in.
