Rant! Rant! Rant! I want my Vue 5 upgrade, Lord, and I want it right now! (and maybe some patience too, but only after the upgrade :-). This is very well done Mark! There are a couple of details that don't quite measure up to the rest of the image: The jet trails don't look natural and the lighting on the dove doesn't quite work. The dove is a hard one to light because real bird wings have a bit of a translucent effect, especially white ones. You might try placing a very soft spotlight aiming upwards on the dove with no shadows just to illuminate it a bit more. However, the bridges, vegetation, ground, and sky look very photorealistic. Vue 5 looks wonderful, which leads me back to my "Rant!" :-)

Great landscape work - a wonderful image!

I agree with BountifulKnight tho' I already have my Vue 5 :-): personally I don't think the composition needs the vapour trails or the bird. However, everything else in the image is excellent. Definitley photorealistic. Remember Vue's early days when critics accused it of being too "painterly"? :-)
