Description

[fractals-UF3.05 // border-PA4 // lettering-PP8 - no other post-production work] My thanks to everyone for your kind words, enthusiastic responses and encouraging support for "Mayan Temple - Relief 1" from yesterday. A gallery friend alerted me this morning that it had made the Fractal H20 and when I checked, it sure enough had. I am awed, delighted and honored beyond words that you have found my work worthy of this for a second time and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generous support. In keeping with the philosophy that no good deeds go unpunished, I now subject you to another from my Reefers series of marine life on and around reef structures. The crustacean on the left is my poor fractal rendition of what we used to call a Quahog (Horsedhoe Crab) back in my Rhode Island graduate school days, when they were a delightful delicacy for consumption. I must tell you I am finding it difficult to render credible appearing marine life in UF; if anyone has suggestions, please let me know! I hope that you enjoy this image of sea life and that you will all have a safe and worthwhile Monday. Rik (=;@

Well the horseshoe crab has done a fine job of camoflauging itself, but I do see a reddish eel peeking out and its body lying behind the coral, hiding....he's just not as good at it as your crab. -wink- His little beady green eye was a dead giveaway. lol Wonderful image Rik. I love this series. Sorry I can't help with a tip. =o( Have you tried XD? Excellent and another vote.
