0600 Hrs. Briefing room at ASSS Good morning Men. You are looking at a section of Solar Body (planet) X-21-darkling. We have sent 6 teams over 3 years to survey this body. None have come back. We lost contact with each team by the 2nd day of landing. The last team did manage to send just this one picture out. We call this Shark Fin Ridge. The Body is dark at all time, what you are seeing is the day time. After 2 years of study we feel we know enough to go back with a stronger team, You are that team. Here is what we think you will be facing. The sun gives off a cold light. Temp on the surface we think is about 55 degrees. At appox 2 ft the temp falls to -10 degrees and drops 10 degrees each 1 ft after that. We think the body has a internal heater keeping just the surface warm. You see 2 shapes in the water, those are not reflections, they are alive and big. If you look at the landscape you will see drag trails. We assume these are the trails these creatures leave as they roam across the land.. This is all we know, givin the evidence we have. Good Luck Men. Sir: Yes: How big are these things?
