Any suggestions on how to improve this image would be excellent! I still think it may nees something but I'm not sure what. Thanks!

Ok you asked for it. In MY opinion (and that doesn't make it right) the dragon is too small compared to wizard and the texture on wings is too pronounced (wings are much rougher than the stones/stalagtites/stalagmites take a look at bat's wing) and pull the eye away from story in picture. A couple of spot lights behind cave walls with volume visible on to cast rays through holes might add interest. Add noise/subcontours to terrains in backgrnd to roughen the shadows.
