Description

VuePro - 50 trees and 5 mill poloygons - only took me about an hour to render at Final. Thanks for the suggestions - fixed the ice by added a texture mat

Excellent icy branches, but as often with 3D landscapes, the contact zone between elements is too "obvious" (like trunk/snow or ice/snow). I get the same undesirable effect myself... Also the ice surface looks too shiny and regular. Maybe a map in the opacity channel would correct this... Bravo anyway !

Actually I have seen ice look like this--a mirror-- after a bit of thaw when the surface has a film of water on it. This is a magnificent piece! Fit for framing! Vote and Excellent!!
