This is a bit dark for my taste but excellent all the same.

Very nice and very realistic. I might have made the beer bottle less barrel shaped so the paper label would stick better but then again maybe not!

Coolwonderfulamazing picture!! One of the best carrara images that i've ever seen! I'd love to see blurred reflections on the table...

Thanks for the comments, sailor ed - you have a good point, I didn't really think of that. Toxe, I actually did a render of this with blurred reflections. It was O.K., but seemed to weaken this image a little to me. The render hit was huge though, this one took 4 hours, with blurred reflections the time was almost 11 hours.

naniwa, you are perhaps correct about the proportions of the glass. I think having a bottle of beer and a glass of wine is nothing unusual though. As far as the dark comments, it is as I intended. I've noticed some users new to 3D tend to set their monitors too dark, here is a link to the calibration settings for Renderosity so that we are all on the same page. http://www.renderosity.com/tut.ez?Form.ViewPages=77

Beautiful! I just realised I got the Fake Fresnel the other way around on some glass I did.
