Description
Some time back I was standing on the beach at Damn Neck Amphibious Base, VA. It was just at dusk and the wind was blowing sand & the salt spray in my face, there was a woman there standing next to a dune with a large back piece tattoo. This is a reconstruction of what I saw (minus the wind).
