Description

Another perspective of Beinn na Caillich with some "everywhere to find" sheep. You can see the path we had to hike up the hill. But before I reached the path I at first almost missed this path, because I was waiting for a path to get there. Second, it took so much time to get there, because the ground was very wet (a squashy noise under my steps) and I really was not used to get wet feet and I didn't trust the new trekking boots. ;o) There was a fence with a gate and I didn't know if it's open or not to get through. And I had to cross a creek and didn't know if there is a bridge or not! About all these things wasn't written in the book! I only had to try and if there was no way forward, I had to go back and try another direction. And you always didn't know which surprise will come around the corner! LOL Thanks for risking wet feet and all valuable comments!

This hill is so smooth, and it appears to be covered in green velvet! Is that the path I can see? The zigzaggy thing? feels light headed I dont think I'd want to walk all that way, you're on your own giggles. Love this view, amazing capture =)

Reality is alaways different from the book and the landscape different from the map! That's the thrill of being outdoors! More tales of the unexpected! AFterwards you can laugh at it but in the middle of marhsy land it's a difficult way to go on! Excellent work, Rita!
