Description
Did some experiments with terrains and the water. Seemed to work out fairly well, so I thought I would post it.
Ok, I can take constructive advice. I have removed the white bird and the statue. Wasn't that sure I liked them anyway. It did open up the center of the picture and draw you in more. Thanks.

Landscape, water, plants are excellent composed and textured. But in my opinion, the figure and the crane disturb(that is only my opinion).

As above, really excellent textures and superb use of foliage but the statue and crane look out of place - almost as if they were put in 'just because you could' when the image is really good (if not better) without them. Keep up the excellent work :D

Great work on the terrains/textures here and a very nice sense of depth! For my .02 '-)...and these thoughts do not detract from an overall well-done render...let's keep the statue, but I'm not sure about this bird foreground right '-)!

Statue works, but the crane is just distracting to my eye/bird foreground right, hmmm, does echo the one in background.... Still, overall excellent work, especially the texturing.

I wasn't sure about the statue and the crain. When originally rendered there were no plants and no animals. They were all added later. I started with the statue and the crain. I think I will remove the crain, as I think you are right. It seems to break the flow of image and stupid me, it is dead center (a bad art thing). I like the bird in the front, because it adds color to the image. I could try making it smaller. Thanks for you comments. - bob

This fantastic; great colour play. But compo is a little distracting, I think its the triangle in the center - statue-crane-little bird in water. Take any two out and you have a masterpiece. Love the detail but mostly the use of colour. V

I like the impressionistic and colorful style of this scene :-) Something new in a way! (imho the bigger bird should at least have the same textured style as the rest of the pic instead of having a smoothed aspect) Keep em coming anyway because it is very refreshing and so far from that impression we so often have with computer images...
