Description

I've been away for a while, including a three weeks vacation in the U.S.A.! I've taken a lot of pictures there and it was difficult to choose the first one for my gallery. I chose one taken in the most beautiful nature park of all: Yellowstone! Hope you'll enjoy it!

This is just wonderful. What a special place it looks. The stiking difference in colour between the rock and that hugely impressive sky is remarkable, I love it, and look forward to more of your postings from here. The only thing is... (please don't take offence) it would have seemed even more weird and other worldly, without the traffic in the background. But never mind, it's still brilliant.

...great composition ! ---is it me - or does that rock in the background look like a face -- ( thereby giving evidence that there might be intelligent life on Earth.)

Very cool, unusual colors...while I tend to agree with aangus, sometimes you just can't avoid it. Excellent job.
