Here is another photo featuring Charolaises cows for those of you who asked to see more of them. The first Charolaise walked the ground of the American continent in the year 1920, in Mexico. The meat qualities of the Charolaise are assessed today in more than 70 countries. It owes much its success to crossings carried out with local races, as with the zebu for example.
