Reminds of the effect painter has when using the cloner tools with the source being from a photograph. Nicely achieved.

Very good job on this portrait. Very natural looking but looks a bit more like an oilpainting in a way.

Do use a mouse or a Wacom ? If you don't have a Wacom you might want to :) - As far as tech goes thats all I could add - the work is very good and it's all what you want it to be when you finish :)

I got the Wacom at the same time as Painter, that is two days ago :) Most of the time I already "paint" for a couple of minutes and I do not understand why my strokes are so flat when I suddenly realize that I still use the mouse ... :) I have to get used to it!

Excellent portrayal of a watercolor! And if this is only your second try with Painter, AND a Wacom, then all the more to be applauded! If only I could do as well, and I have had my Wacom for over a year, and use it constantly!! -Jesse
