Hello everyone!
I'm Diane from Appleton, Wisconsin.
Most of my adult life was spent living in the south. Most of my friends live there as well. I seem to always be traveling in that direction.
My passions are photography and computers.
My college major was computer programming.
At one time, I operated a home business digitizing, retouching, and manipulating photographs. I lived in a military community and did extensive graphics work for some of the units on base and also for the family support groups. It was a pleasure to combine my two passions into a productive venture.
Today, most of my photo/computer work is gratuitous. My desire to learn and explore is unending. My most recent exploits have been with fractals. You can find some of my "experiments" in the Fractal Gallery.
Please leave a comment. I'd love to know what your opinions are.
Enjoy and visit often!
Diane

Fabulous image! The ray of light is just right. Just don't get caught in its tentacles ;-) Excellent!

Thank you so very much for this warm and delightful dedication, Diane! This beautifully depicted little creature with its glowing soft colors and graceful form (hexapoedia, right?) really brightens my day, just as your perfect rays of light brighten its path. I wish I knew how to bring apo work into UF so I could add him to one of my reef backgrounds; we should get together on that and figure out how! Wonderful work; glad you are also swimming the fractal reef and adding to its beauty! VOTE
