I live in Texas. I am attending Baylor University studying Computer Science. I discovered the world of computer-generated art about two year agos. I currently have Terragen, Bryce 5(modelling in Wings 3D), and PhotoShop CS 2 at my disposal. I am also picking up photography and having a lot of fun with the Canon Rebel T2 I have.BIOI do everything on my laptop. It is a Toshiba Satellite 2455-S305 with a 2.4GHz P4 processor, upgraded to 1 GB of DDR SDRAM, a 32MB nVidia graphics card, 80GB HD with the old 60GB HD hooked up one of the USB ports, and a DVD-RAM/-RW combo-drive in a hot-swappable bay. I have the unregistered version of Terragen which I have been playing around with. I also have Bryce 5 and PhotoShop CS 2. I think I will have a lot of fun with them. I am happy to have three great programs to work with. I also have a Canon T2 Rebel with the kit lense, a 75-300mm USM III telephoto lense, and a 50mm f1.8 II lense, with UV, polarizing, and 81A filters. Please feel free to comment on anything. I would really like to know what I can improve in my images.

Veteran's Day has come and gone.... But that doesn't matter. This is a "Grand Tribute" to our men and women who so valiantly answer the call to duty to serve our country. They ensure our freedom and help to bring freedom to other peoples who are oppressed by tyranny.

Beautiful! As a Veteran of this great Country it's good to see someone out there that is actually thinking of our guys and gals over there, not putting down this great free Country of ours. There are feelings greater than anyone can imagine unless you have been through it, on us that have to go off to war and to those which have to wait for us.

I give all respect to veterans. As Chris Rock said in a recent routine, they are one of the only categories of people who truly deserve to be called Americans. Also, I think you honor them well with this piece. However, let's please get beyond this major misperception that any veteran has "sacrificed" for "freedom." All veterans have made a sacrifice, some more by choice than others (another factor to consider.) But those sacrifices have not been to preserve or protect or even promote "freedom." They have been to serve the interests of a handful of very wealthy people. Again, this is not to disrespect veterans in any way. I would gladly and proudly stand beside a veteran and march on the White House to say, "We're mad as hell and we're not gonna take it anymore!" These people should be either at home with their families or here, physically here in America, defending our soil. Not off chasing some militants over oil just to further fatten the pockets of some scumbag politician/industrialist.
