Hi i'm looking to make a realistic render,,,but my main problem is the lighting and the atmo. here the surfaces are quite poor becaue i was focused on getting a better light! what tips can you give me to improve that? TFC&C bye

I think this looks real. Fantastic colors of atmosphere..I like it. Also interesting terrain. I agree you could add some surface layers..but they're very nice in this time, too. I think, this is excellent image!

Try to increase haze density and half height and give a grey/blue color to it

I think you've caught the light and atmo very well - perhaps increase sun brightness by 10-20% and increase shadow brightness by 5-10% - additional layers (perhaps light snow on the main peak for reasons of scale) will then make this pic a winner! It's already quite excellent!

Agree with hillrunner. I would try his suggestion first, because as you know the atmo can drasticly change surface apperance. Looking Good so far! :o)

An other tip for giving more power to the light is ( but you will lose some depth ) to reduce the meter point spacing ( in the "size" button of the landscape view )

Beautiful render. First try to get the atmospheres and lighting correct. The surface will change due to these settings. If they are right turn to the surface and make it perfect. :-)
