Hello everyone this is Cha Cha created by Hau Siyoka known to everyone as Tee. Tee this is especially for you and to say thank you for creating her. The background is called Muted Wonder no need to guess who that is by lol!The water I added seperately with effects. Then just set the whole image alight as best I could.I'm only a beginner yet it seems like I have been here for ages and ages :)
