Well, its another Poser model rendered in Bryce, with copious amounts of postwork in PS
the top is from Imran but can't find the details for the boots and gloves
she's not suppose to be a real person, she's a cyber, just ready for a little leisure, pleasure or guard duty :) and that is why she has blue hair (I think it could be improved but I'm still not good at painting hair :))

I'll take two dozen... must be my "blue hair fetish" :oP Just kidding. But seriously, this might be more dramatic if you turned down the ambient lights a bit more and gave her more of a staged presentation for increased drama. Only a suggestion, my friend. :o)

Cool pic Kate, I like the light blue with the contrasting darker browns/greys. I think the hair is fine as she is a synthetic.
