Description

Ah yes, where is the other side. What's beyond. Just what did she leave on the cutting room floor. Not much, just the rest of my mugshut. So sad lol. No, I just really really..really really didnt like the rest of the portrait. Of course, having just taken these pics..Ive been awake since 9 pm, last night - and I finished a 10 hour shift of work around 8 this am. So I guess Im allowed to have some baggy eyes. I do like this side of my face more..the expression is what I was trying to capture, but the other half of my face is talking in a Bronx accent..What you want I should smile? Ive been up since when? Vey. Vey, indeed, says the vexed other half.

symmetry can be a strange thing... i have one similiar to this... looks better as half then whole... must be something in the "did you get my best side" saying :]

most folks have a semi-symetrical face. i do not. after going face first thru the windshield, from the passenger side, of my truck a few years ago, and not having insurance to cover proper reconstructive surgery, i ended up with an a-symetrical mug. i find this photo very, very intriguing. if i were to do this, devide my face in half, and look at the pictures side by side, its nearly two different faces. not that im disfigured, more like there are some subtle changes in bone structure and the like. you, INKRAVEN, could take pictures of your face by halves, by top and bottom, or divided into quarters, and you would still be a classicaly beautiful woman. just the mere fact that this picture brings out so many words from me, means that your photography does what good photography is supposed to do. "a picture is worth...etc". great image, great idea.
