I am literally thinking ' what on Earth ' does this delicate iridescent material remind me of ! The only thing I can think of that resembles this substance is the polystyrene commonly used in packaging eggs for supermarkets .
Many thanks for viewing this image and , of course , for any comments . I will post a similar image tomorrow with a completely different colouring and texture that I find rather appealing : I hope that you like it too ............... Michael

It does look like the egg carton stuff, but there's also a candy that looks like this. I wish I could remember its name. Whatever it looks like, it's a great image.

Cool looking work! What they reminds me of is a certain kind of Christmas tree ornament that has this kind of finish. Perhaps this is the factory where they are created, becoming rounder as they near to top of the pile. Excellent XD image!

Fantastic texture! I see all the other textures people mentioned, but I prefer to think that they are natural pearls, each has its own shape and surface luster. Lovely!
