Description

It is called BuBlicious and is mainly created by using the filters of UltimateFX (www.ultimatepaint.com) and some standard effects from PaintShopPro. these are a couple of the filters used: Twirl, sine Blobs, Dolphinace, warp, WaterDrops, Sharpen, Sphere and much more.
