terrain is from last months r'osity terragen terrain challenge, rerendered with tg9mac pb5, and a couple of tweaks tothe atmos/srfs and a new improved?pov. thanks for all of your recent comments/critiques/advice(especially on my last post 'what lurks beneath') as these are always welcome and appreciated!!

This is very cool! I like the tone. The only thing I can see that I might change is the water on the near shore looks too "clear" for a standing body of water. Maybe a blue, green or brownish tint might make it look better? I wish I could create this type of thing, maybe a tutorial or freebie? Great job, thank you!

I really like the PoV and the surface-work (the rock-surface looks very realistic). Lighting and sky produce a calm mood. The transparency of the water or its color could be changed as Crimmy mentioned.
