nice vacation picture. I hope you countinued to take time to enjoy the rest of the park. a wider angle lense and a vertical crop would include the full gyser plume and keep the other gyser (i want to say castle gyser) in the back ground

Whhoooosshhh! What a wonderful shot. The backlight makes the water look almost like dark sand. Great shadows in the sky and a powerful display of Mother nature makes this a special photograph, well done. I wouldn't like to have to hop over any holes in the ground there!
