Description
My male dalmatian, Rescue, at a creek crossing on the tour roads of Yorktown Battlefield, Jan 2004. Taken with a Canon Rebel Ti SLR camera on 400 iso film.
I love the backlighting here, but it is a little too strong. His expression is soft, and the light on him is soft - I just didn't account for the reflection off the water to be so intense.

Beautiful dog! I have two rescues. In spite of what you say about the lighting, it seems to put a angelic look to him from behind. Excellent image!
