Description

Ultrafractal and Apophysis This is still one of my favorite images. Every year I threaten to put it on a Christmas card. This year I might actually do it. It's nice to see Christmas come to life. Although I have to say that I hate the shopping side of Christmas. The best way that I know of to survive Christmas is to focus on the message and teachings of Jesus Christ. Sometimes that's hard to do when I am standing in line, driving around looking for a parking spot or wondering how I'm going to pay for everything, but it works for me. Merry Christmas. I hope we all make the best of the holidays. Keith

Our family decided 4 years ago to forget about presents and concentrate on assembling together as a family and enjoying each other. The kids are grown, so it was an easy and welcome transition. A thousand pounds lifted off my shoulders, and now I sit and watch the madness. This is spectacular. A little orb hidden amongst the brush. I see holly berries in there, and beautiful lights and snowflakes, and it didn't cost a thing,....just alot of your precious time. Beautiful.

Wonderful image and most suitable for the Holiday time approaching. You should submit it to a major card company so the joy inherent in the image is shared with a wider audience, and you might get a nice piece of change in your pocket as well!

This was always one of my favorites, and it is even more beautiful now. I don't celebrate Christmas, but I understand and appreciate the sentiment behind it, that it should be a time of giving, sharing and making others happy. No one should have a problem with that, no matter what their religion is. Unfortunately, the emphasis seems to be on spending nowadays. Thanks for sharing this, Keith, and Merry Christmas to you and yours :)

Yes, this is one of my favorite of your images, classic beauty and yes, you should make a card of this. The other was an ornament I think with beautiful little starry shaped spirographs for the background and it intertwined in the most amazing ways. This is a real beauty, and I agree with you, the real reason for Christmas is what should warm our hearts and souls, not all the horrid madhouse rush for material things. Happy Holidays!
