Very nice, just one teeny little quibble. The inside of the dolphin's mouth looks too illuminated. Makes me feel good when I look at this image though. Nice work.

Extremely kitschi. The algea and anemons looks really good, but the scene does not give me a real underwater feeling. Add some dirt into the water. There is a helluva big dolphin movin and that should bring some watr distortion that makes some dust near the ground and stuff.
