Description
Dr. Chem sits in his lab working night and day
Never sees the daylight, never cared much anyways
His wife and his children never see him anymore
Just the sounds of his curses from the basement door.
Dr. Chem, why is it that you must act so absurd?
Is it life or is it death that you have discovered?
No one may ever explain the things that you have seen.
But you've written in your notebook, "Never drink the Green"

the only green I can think of is absinthe (sp?) but it's booze not a "drug" isn't it?

Cagewench, you're probably right with your guess there, because absinthe is an extremely potent and illegal alcohol here in the states as far as I know and yes, it has more then just alcohol in it, it has a drug known as wormwood as its derivative Thujone in it which is an extremely strong hallucinogen. Also airlynx thanks for the writing it was fun to read and fun to attempt to guess what it was.
