Really terrific illustration renders! You need a better thumbnail, though.. it doesn't do the pieces justice!

Cool idea, nice render. How does the phone shut, the top section has a flat edge (by the apple logo) while the lower piece has a rounded profile. I think the typeface on the buttons could be a bit more funky

you flip it open (rotate) ... when the upper part is flipped down, the display switches 180 degrees... i wrote some expressions for the opening mechanism and it works quite fine :-)

No bad, but the layout of the num keys are sub-optimal. Not good for blind people. Why didnt you use the normal layout? The yes, enter and no buttons would be better direcly under the display!

if someone wanna know...here are the texture-stats: color: whatever you like :-) reflection: 30% (thats it) enviroment: 30% (take a similar (lighter) color then the one in the color channel and add a blurry image (some gradients should do the job) and pull the mix strength down to 80-90% specular (most important): plastic width: 72 height: 120-130 falloff -40 inner width: 38-42 thats it...have fun

I'm gonna try out your texture formula, thanks. Apple would never put that cord in front.

I think the scroll wheel would be more Apple-like, and the jog dial wouldn't fly since thats so "Sony" =). Amazing work! Love this one...

Why in hell does it have a console application? I dont wanna use that on my Mac and I would definately not want something like it on a mobile phone. However and despite the terribly impractical key layout: Cool work!

Is this render quality from the core app, or are you using the render component?
