Description
OK, started Lightwave back in late June of this year. This is my first model from scratch. Still in progress, have about 5 to 7 hours on it so far. The back of the headstock is giving me fits, there are several compound curves i'm wrestling with. Still need to bevel the sound board, fretboard, back of the case, attach the neck, model strings, tuning knobs, strap peg, 1/4 inch jack, volume and tone knobs, tweak the nut and consolidate the textures. Work has me doing other things right now, so this will have to fill the spaces in between. This is my guitar, it's been with me for 10 years or more. Been playing non-stop lately, thinking about performing again. Thanks for looking, C&C always welcome.

Great to see you modelling from scratch, i hope you are learning new techniques as you progress. So far so good and cool texturing as well bud. Keep it up!!!

Guitars are such sensuous instruments.... Someone very dear to me plays a Martin.... luscious sound... This image is coming along nicely and I bet playing and modeling are helping yo uto deal with the demand of work.. at least I hope so !
