Description

It is an older render. I have find out that some clouds settings in Terragen create a bug, I think so. In small renders like 640x480 all is o.k. you get a fantastic sky. But if I render in bigger sizes up to 2600 width, Terragen cut the sky from the top. Actually I render a great sky and on the top is the sun cutted. Now I have two make a second render and have to build the sky by hand. :-( Have you an idea why, what I can change? Have you get this phenomenon also? Anyway, thanks for stopping by and your comments, Dotthy Sky photo by me with my old Olympus C-3000 zoom

Nicely integrated sky and TG render. For your bug, I would suggest playing with the buffer sizes. Try very large (256MB+, depending on available RAM) and very small (5MB or so). I've also had times when turning off all antialaising would help, but I don't think it will in this case.

Looks beautiful; Yes!, Just the other night I was rendering a very big terrain and the same thing happened to me when I wanted to render a panoramic; I think the only guy who could find out about it would be John McClusky at Planetside;Hope he can catch it before Terragen 2 comes out.

This is a sensational picture. The sky/clouds look as if you postworked the clouds with a photograph. The terrain is highly detailed and realistic. When you see my next render you will think I used the same terrain - it almost looks the same. Your work here is excellent.

Don't have an answer for your "bug". I always struggle with atmos in TG. You are a true artist and squashed the bug wonderfully...the image and especially the sky is awesome :)
